The Circle Way Online – Creating an Energetic Nest
The invitation:
At the beginning of March 25 curious researchers get together online to work with the dynamics and powers of the circle, inspired by “The Circle Way” (TCW). The process is held by three facilitators that introduce the group to the purpose and potentials of true and deep conversation.
The intention:
Three days, three sessions and three facilitators – the power of three is omnipresent. Our common goal: We want to create a state of supreme awareness that unfolds a deeper sense, energy, humanity and structure in online-meetings.
The preparation:
A conscious experience starts with a conscious preparation. We as facilitators enter the process with setting our intentions. Each role – host, guardian and scribe – helps develop the outer layer/energetic container for our practice of TCW. The principle: Our three roles rotate and everyone contributes to the quality of the outcome. This does not only mean we encounter our collective wisdom from three perspectives – but we also fully trust our oneness as a trinity.
The practice of TCW:
We sit around the (virtual) campfire – an ancient symbol for grounding oneself and meeting each other eye to eye. Keeping in mind the way to supreme awareness lies in generative listening, everyone speaks with intention and listens with curiosity and empathy. HOW we talk to each other is more important than WHAT is being said.
By collecting our thoughts and feelings we connect the beads and create our energetic nest that contains our supreme awareness. From this elevated state of attention we co-create visualizations and manifestations that we can take with us for future practices of deep conversation.
The gems we discovered:
We gained a new depth of togetherness
We experienced new ways of co-creation
We think with one mind and feel with one heart
Also: We celebrate the check-out just as much as the check-in – knowing there is no beginning and no end to a circle …
We – Andrea, Michaela and Jan – are deeply thankful for this amazing experience and the wonderful feedback of our participants:
“The beauty of TCW lies in its simplicity: It doesn’t take a long training, it is very intuitive and it sparks an instant fire. TCW changes our ways of communication, the way HOW we communicate with each other and listen to one another. I also got to experience how moving an online-meeting can be. It made me realize that TCW is not just a practice – it’s a way of living.”
The power of we meets the power of three – JAM (Jan, Andrea and Michaela) in pure joy of hosting the circle. Jan, Andrea and Michaela are associated Partners of the Kommunikationslotsen and are jamming as Facilitators online and onsite.
