Kristen Lombard PhD, RN, (USA) excels at guiding individuals and organizations toward authentic, positive leadership. She makes sense of complexity science and caring science and applies them to real world priorities such as quality, safety, and the patient experience. Kristen is an energetic and effective collaborator committed to developing agile, caring, and insightful leaders and teams. She is a qualitative researcher with interests in circle practice, authentic presence, Relationship-Based Care, reflective practice, and caring-healing processes.
Kristen has presented internationally, authored numerous papers and presentations, and her work has been published in professional journals and books. Her most recent endeavor is as lead author of a groundbreaking chapter on embedding relational competence in the book Advancing Relationship-Based Cultures.
